- I obtained from a neighbor to get running to benefit Gianna's Place.
- Previous owner (adult neighbor) bought in November, 2013 and has been garage kept since.
- Clean Florida title.

Located in Gainesville, FL. I am willing to deliver to Deal's Gap, NC May 4-10, 2025 or Birmingham, AL for the Barber's Vintage Festival October 3-5, 2025. Otherwise, the winner is responsible for picking up in Gainesville, FL by October, 2025 or forfeit the motorcycle.

Contest Rules
1. No Purchase Necessary*
2. You do not need to be a biker, own a motorcycle or ever ride a bike to participate. This is open to all supporters.
3. You do not need to be present to win.
4. The winner is responsible for picking up or arranging delivery of the motorcycle.
5. The motorcycle is awarded in “As is Condition”, with no guarantees of any kind on the motorcycle or any of the parts.
6. The winner will be contacted by email after the drawing.
7. By entering, you permit Gianna’s Place Gainesville, Inc. to contact you in the future, but you may opt out at any time.
8. If the raffle is cancelled due to lack of ticket sales, a full refund will be granted. The last day for cancellation will not be after May 1, 2025.
9. The winner is responsible for Federal Income Tax and all state taxes and fees on the prize.
10. The winner must arrange for pickup of the motorcycle no more than 30 days after winning. Failure to do so within 30 days is an automatic forfeit of the prize.
All federal, state and local laws apply. Contest is void where prohibited. All license and registration fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. Employees and board members of Gianna’s Place Gainesville will not be held responsible for any claims, liabilities or damages arising from or in conjunction with benefits of entry. Title transfer to the winner will be treated as a private motor vehicle sale. As with any used motor vehicle purchase, it is the winner’s responsibility to perform a safety inspection before riding this motorcycle as it is being offered in “as is condition”. Neither the current legal owner nor Gianna’s Place Gainesville will be held responsible for damages or injury.
*In order to qualify for no purchase necessary, you must hand print your name, address, phone number and e-mail clearly on a 3 1/2” x 4” index card and send it with a hand written self-addressed stamped envelope to our address for the no later than 1 week prior to the drawing. No electronic stamps will be accepted. One entry per envelope only. You may enter as many times as you like.
